What Does GeoKey Do?
GeoKey allows a building owner, property manager, or business manager to see who is accessing their building in real-time and provides tracking of events. Some of the features of GeoKey include the following:
- Different users can have different permissions.
- Remote viewing and control can happen from one location or for multiple locations.
- An admin or manager can choose what hours have access to various selected areas, like pools, or recreation rooms.
- GeoKey can allow an Admin to add temporary guest passes easily.
- Persons assigned an Admin status have ultimate control of everything.
- Multiple communities or multiple dwelling units can be controlled from one site.
- Guests can be added, and if selected, the manager can set time frames for guests.
- It’s easy to activate and deactivate users. Users can be viewed and controlled by assigned Admins.
- Adding users is easy, just use their email address.
GeoKey has a Mobile App for Smart Phones
- GeoKey displays the list of access points a user has under their control. The closest access point will populate at the top of the list.
- Swiping right on an access point will bring up the option to unlock, along with any other functions of the user’s specific hardware.
- Allows users to update their profile details like a breeze.
Track Who’s Doing What!
- With GeoKey, a manager can see who is accessing your building in real-time.
- A Live Tracking tab shows who is swiping, which access point they are unlocking, and at what time they unlocked it.
- A manager can see all time data on who is unlocking, when they are locking, and what they unlocked.
Analytics for Admin’s and Managers
- GeoKey can analyze which days & times are most active.
- Unlocks per week can be viewed.
- Entries can be analytically viewed.
- Charts and graphs display unlock data.
